Our oven-fresh breads and sweet and savory pastries are always homemade, and there are a range of international dishes to round out our rich and varied breakfast buffet. Every morning, our chef welcomes you from the open kitchen in the dining room, ready to satisfy your every request.
V-SPA
Our temple of wellness, there for you whenever you need it. Welcome to our 8,600-square-foot (800-square-meter) oasis dedicated to holistic therapies for the mind, body and spirit. We are proud to have BF Wellness as our spa managers and Zoè natural cosmetics as our partners for all of the face, body and massage products used in our treatments and available for purchase in the spa shop. V-Spa combines the experience of our skilful practitioners with the outstanding quality of all-natural cosmetics in sophisticated facial and body treatments designed to reawaken your consciousness and restore a deep sense of wellbeing.

TERRAZZA PAMPHILI
Whether it’s an alfresco aperitivo or a sunset dinner inspired by the creative flair of Michelin-starred chef Andrea Ribaldone, the Terrazza menu offers tasty temptations to remember. Add to that the breathtaking views and amazing ambient music, and the atmosphere is pure dolce vita.
This is the Terrazza Pamphili, our panoramic rooftop on the fifth floor of the hotel. You can find the perfect pairing for your favorite antipasto dishes with the unprecedented selection of spirits and abundance of sparkling wines at the cocktail bar. And the fresh, innovative menu, featuring high-quality ingredients from vegetables to seafood (many served raw!), has been cleverly curated and reinterpreted by our chef.
THE POOL
With the tranquil Valle Dei Casali, the lush Villa Pamphili Park and the ancient Roman road Via Aurelia Antica right on our doorstep, and the Vatican City and Janiculum Hill within easy reach, our swimming pool stands out like a bright blue oasis. This semi-Olympic pool, with its 5,400-square-foot (500-square-meter) beautifully landscaped poolside lounge area, is the perfect spot to refresh on a hot summer’s day in Rome – especially if you indulge in a tempting cocktail or a delicious sandwich at the V-Hip pool bar!
THE RENDEZ-V LOUNGE BAR
Right next door to the members-only lounge, Rendez-V is our charming cocktail bar styled in a mid-century look & feel. The large interior space opens onto a wonderful patio overlooking the swimming pool and the park. This multifunctional venue, capable of “changing outfits” at different times of the day, is the perfect spot for caffé and Italian breakfasts in the morning or smoothies and quick healthy lunches at noon, particularly for guests fresh from a workout or a spa treatment.
Ristorante AcquaViva
Have lunch on the sun-kissed terrace overlooking the pool and the Valle dei Casali or dine indoors in the sophisticated yet cozy dining room of our elegant Roman tavern. Our cuisine is contemporary with a strong territorial focus. We search far and wide for "good kilometer” cuisine. After all, it may be an advantage to travel a bit further - in the most eco-friendly way possible, of course! This is also an ideal spot for sociable dinners with business associates and friends.
