THE NEW PIZZERIA OF HOTEL VILLA PAMPHILI!
We are delighted to announce you that the new Villa Pamphili pizzeria is officially open!
For us, who are 100% Italian, pizza is a must, a timeless classi that cannot miss at the table.
We worked for this for a long time and now we are ready to offer this new delicious proposals, which we added to the menus of the AcquaViva Restaurant, the VHip Pool Bar and the Room Service.
Our gourmet pizzas are left to rise for a long time, soft and crunchy at the same time, rigorously homemade by our Neapolitan chef Sognamiglio, who is the only one to cook the pizza and knows something about it...
From the classic "margherita" to the "scapece", from "mortadella and burrata", to "raw ham & buffalo mozzarella" up to the Mediterranean focaccia, all the proposals are prepared with selected products of the highest quality. There are cherry tomatoes from San Marzano, olives from Gaeta, "fior di latte" and buffalo mozzarella from Campania, "mortadella" strictly from Bologna, "burrata" from Andria. And a excellent extra virgin olive oil.
We made sure that our pizza was superior.
